Forms for Listing in the MLS - California

Forms are available in Two Formats: Adobe.PDF and Word.Doc

1. Word.DOC Format: If you have Microsoft Office with Word, download the forms in the Word.Doc format. Save the forms to your computer. Complete the forms. You can either email them to LeslieRae@e-ListState.com or FAX to 800-930-3967.

Important Note for Word.DOC Format: Word is not the same as WORKS. If you have Microsoft Works on your computer, you should not download the Word.doc forms. The forms will not work correctly when using Works. Instead, use the Adobe PDF forms.

2. Adobe.PDF Format: If you have the free Adobe Reader, download the forms in the Adobe format. Please be patient as some of the forms are large and may take a few minutes to download. Save the forms to your computer. Complete the forms. Print and FAX to 800-930-3967.

The free Adobe Reader does not let you save your typing. To save your typing, you can install a pdf printer. There are several available on the market. But you can find one free at: http://www.bullzip.com

Important Note for Adobe.PDF Format: The forms below require the latest version of the free Adobe Reader. If you have trouble downloading the forms, you may need a newer version of the Adobe Reader. Download and install the free Adobe Reader.
